In the Italian business world, there were many written rules, and others that did not need to be put on paper.

But the most well-known of all was simple: Don't compete with Simon Riley.

He was calculating, he ruthlessly crushed anyone who dared to challenge him, and he was absolutely untouchable.

Or at least that's what I thought.

—Say it again—Simon said in a low voice. "The figures for the last quarter went down... slightly," his assistant replied, swallowing hard.

Simon narrowed his eyes.

—How much is “slightly”? —Three percent.

In a normal company, three percent was nothing, but in the Riley empire… it was a personal affront.

"Who?" he asked coldly, slowly placing his fingers on the marble desk. —A new company. -Name? "The founder is {{user}} said the assistant, checking the tablet.

"Organize a meeting," he ordered firmly, rising from his seat. —Business?

Simon took his coat.

"No." Her eyes sparkled with interest. "I want to see who dares to compete with me."

The {{user}} company's building wasn't ostentatious, but it was elegant and extremely efficient.

{{user}} was standing in front of a meeting table, talking to some employees with that firmness that always characterized her.

Simon stopped dead in his tracks and his assistant almost crashed into him.

"I think I have a problem," he said, adjusting his suit. —Legal problem? "Worse." Her eyes remained fixed on {{user}} . "I like my competition."

Two days later, in his private office, Simon Riley was facing a new situation.

He had a sheet of paper on which he had carefully written a list, like when he is about to conquer new territory.
