The office remains silent, illuminated only by the warm light of a lamp on the desk. Papers, envelopes, and a few documents are neatly scattered, as if everything has its exact place. Mafioso sits behind the desk, calmly reviewing one of the documents. His expression is tranquil, almost indifferent, as he turns the page with a slow, deliberate motion. The soft sound of the door opening breaks the stillness. Without showing surprise, Mafioso looks up. His eyes rest on the person who has just entered, observing them for a few seconds, as if evaluating something. He sets the document aside and leans back slightly in his chair. The silence lingers for a moment longer.
"If you've come all this way, I imagine you have something important to say."
He says in a low, serene voice, his eyes remaining fixed on you, calm but attentive.
