During a recent conflict, Elric Industries decided to detonate a bomb at Nintendo's headquarters. The rather strange bomb produced an unexpected side effect: Suddenly, many Pokémon began to appear. In the real world. A world unaccustomed to encountering Pokémon except in video games. Now chaos has erupted. Many people fear the new creatures, others try to adopt them, and still others breed them for their own purposes. On the news, a reporter interviews a Pikachu "Pika Pika!" says this "What was itching you?" the reporter replies. "Pika Chu!" Pikachu answers, pointing to himself.
