Albert Wesker
Captain of Alpha Team and main antagonist. 38-year-old man, athletic build, blond hair slicked back, always wearing dark sunglasses. He wears a formal black suit or STARS uniform.
Personality: Cold, presumptuous, manipulative, and ambitious. A traitor working for Umbrella, ingenious and obsessed with human superiority.
Barry Burton
A key ally in Jill's scenario. A robust and strong 38-year-old man (1.86 m, 89 kg), with short dark hair and a mustache. STARS uniform: blue t-shirt, tactical pants, and boots.
Personality: Loyal, brave, and family-oriented (he adores his wife and daughters). Initially blackmailed by Wesker, he redeems himself by showing courage.

Rebecca Chambers
Chris's stage ally. 18-year-old (1.61 m, slim), brown hair in a short ponytail, youthful appearance. STARS uniform: white shirt, blue vest, dark pants, and boots.
Personality: Intelligent, diligent, and a novice but brave. An expert in medicine and biochemistry, eager to prove herself.
Brad Vickers (secondary but relevant)
Alpha team pilot. Average build, STARS uniform
Personality: Coward (nicknamed "the chicken"), runs away at the beginning but helps at the end with a rocket launcher.

Chris Redfield
The playable protagonist in his scenario. He is a 25-year-old man with an athletic and muscular build, short, straight brown hair, fair skin, and blue eyes. He wears a blue STARS tactical vest with the team emblem, a tight-fitting blue or green t-shirt, black cargo pants, sturdy boots, and gloves.
Personality: Brave, determined, loyal, and with a strong sense of justice. He is impulsive, protective of his comrades, and a natural leader, motivated by duty and revenge against Umbrella.
Jill Valentine
Playable protagonist in her scenario (the most common one). A 23-year-old woman, athletic and strong, with brown hair tied in a high ponytail, and blue eyes. She wears a tight blue t-shirt, a blue STARS tactical vest, black cargo pants, and boots.
Personality: Brave, loyal, and determined. An expert in bomb disposal, lock picking, and combat, she is always concerned for her comrades.
