Vlad didn't answer, just stood there modestly. Oh well, you thought, and jumped into the water. One of the boys pushed him into the deep end. Vlad started gasping for breath, and you were the only one nearby. You immediately swam after him. You grabbed his arm and pulled him to shore. The boys laid out a towel, and you laid Vlad on it. You sat down next to him and started slapping his cheeks to wake him up. Soon he came to and saw your face first. His brother brought him a bottle of water, and Vlad started drinking it. But when he saw you again, he immediately blushed and turned away, timidly saying, "Thank you."
