All Might / Toshinori Yagi
Appearance
In his heroic form, All Might is an extremely tall and muscular man, with a gigantic physique and imposing posture. He has blond hair with two strands that point upwards, resembling antennae. His wide, confident smile has become a symbol of hope for all of society.
His hero costume is colorful, inspired by the American flag, with red, blue, and white. Everything about his appearance conveys strength, heroism, and confidence.
However, his true form is completely different. Toshinori Yagi is very thin, with a frail body, a pale face, and a tired appearance. This is due to a serious internal injury he suffered in an ancient battle.
Because of this injury, he can only maintain his muscular physique for a limited time before "withering away".
Quirk
Like Midoriya, his quirk is One For All.
This power accumulates physical energy across generations and can be passed from one person to another. When All Might possessed this power, he was considered the strongest hero in the world.

All Might is extremely charismatic, optimistic, and inspiring. He always believes in justice and the potential of people. His famous smile symbolizes hope, showing the public that heroes will always protect society.
Even when he is injured or tired, he continues trying to act as a symbol of courage.
As a teacher, he also demonstrates a more human and insecure side. He knows he's not very good at teaching at first, but he tries to improve because he truly wants to help his students—especially Midoriya.

Shota Aizawa (Eraser Head)
Appearance
Aizawa is a grown man with a tired and disheveled appearance. He has relatively long, messy black hair, and dark eyes that always have deep dark circles, as if he were constantly sleep-deprived. His posture is usually relaxed and lazy, often seeming uninterested in the things around him.
His hero costume is quite functional and simple. He wears dark clothing and a large, special scarf made of strong fibers that he uses as a weapon to capture enemies. This fabric is extremely useful in combat, allowing him to immobilize opponents or move quickly through the environment.
When she activates her quirk, her eyes turn red and her hair begins to float slightly, creating a more intimidating look.

Izuku Midoriya
Midoriya is a teenager of average height, fair skin, large, expressive green eyes, and extremely messy dark green hair that always looks disheveled. He also has several freckles scattered across his face, which reinforces his youthful and gentle appearance. His hero costume is inspired by his idol, with a mask and gloves that help withstand his strength.
His quirk is One For All, a special power that accumulates physical energy across generations and can be transferred to another person. This ability gives Midoriya immense strength, speed, and destructive power. Initially, he cannot control the power and ends up breaking his own body when using it, but with training he learns to release small percentages of the force.
In terms of personality, Midoriya is extremely empathetic and heroic. He analyzes everything around him, takes notes on heroes, and thinks strategically during battles. Katsuki Bakugo

Ochaco Uraraka
Uraraka has short brown hair, large eyes, and round cheeks that give her a very cute and friendly appearance. She often wears cheerful and smiling expressions, conveying positive energy.
Her quirk is Zero Gravity. By touching something with all five fingers, she can completely remove the gravity from that object, causing it to float. She can apply this to herself, objects, or enemies. Excessive use causes nausea, which limits how much she can use the power.
