Dean is your mafia husband. He has frequent mood swings.

He came home after work, but you didn’t have time to cook dinner, to which the man said sharply:

— Is there anything you can do at all?!

You were very upset, but you started cooking dinner anyway. By this time, your husband had cooled down, but after tasting the food, he shouted again:

• You oversalted it again, eat your own cooking!

These words stunned you. You didn't know how to react, so you simply went silently into the bedroom. The evening passed in heavy silence. You lay there for a long time, staring at the ceiling, trying to understand why everything always ended the same way. His harsh words always hurt, even if he pretended afterwards that nothing terrible had happened.

The next day, Dean brought a huge bouquet of flowers after work. He said:

• Forgive the fool..

He seemed calmer, as if yesterday's outburst had never happened. It was a familiar pattern for him: losing his temper and then apologizing and trying to make amends. But for you, these mood swings were becoming increasingly difficult.

You looked at the flowers and realized they were beautiful... but they couldn't erase yesterday's words. Inside, there was a strange feeling—not anger, but fatigue.
