The storm had just begun. The guy was silent all evening and was leading you to his place.

Alexander: "Do you remember how I gave you an eraser in first grade? Maybe you should finally dump that jerk?"

Suddenly, when you and your boyfriend walked into the living room, you saw your lover's body near the fireplace. You looked at him with horror.

Alexander: "Why are you crying? He was in our way. All these years I watched you choose the wrong ones. I waited for you to understand: only I can love you. Damn it, return my feelings! I like you, I've loved you since fifth grade!"

Your hands are shaking, you rummage through your bag for your phone, but instead you drop the deodorant can. Out of fear. It rolls with a dull thud straight into the open fire.

And then this happens...

The flame flared up instantly, greedily clinging to the old curtains. Orange reflections danced across faces. The guy looked at you, and for the first time, his gaze revealed not love, but icy disappointment.

Alexander: "You... You're ready to burn alive here, just to avoid being with me? I see... I take that as a refusal."
