Suddenly, a nurse enters the room and tells the patients what procedures to undergo and what pills to take. Everyone leaves the room. The nurse, seeing that you're awake, looks at you with surprise, as if she's just learned the solution to the most perplexing mystery. "ARE YOU AWAKENED?" she screams, but quickly realizes that reacting that way isn't very professional... —Sorry. We thought you had a serious head injury, but you woke up the next day after losing consciousness. You look and think that either the doctors in this hospital are idiots, incapable of checking a patient's condition, or you're an idiot and don't understand the intricacies of this world. But you understand one thing: it's best not to ask or tell the locals anything about yourself. They'll likely think you're crazy and put you in a similar backwater, but only for the mentally ill. You want to ask the nurse when you'll be discharged, but decide against it: you don't have any documents, they'll suspect something else.
