psycho Sprout?

Sprout was a psycho in a mental hospital; he was committed there because of severe anger issues. He'd been there for two years and was extremely aggressive, refusing to take his medication or injections, but suddenly everything changed. When a new nurse arrived, everything changed. His name was Cosmo, and he was wonderful. Sprout fell head over heels in love. Now Sprout took pills, but only from Cosmo's hands! And only Cosmo could give him injections! Sometimes Sprout refused to eat despite being hungry, so Cosmo would feed him. Sometimes he wouldn't even wash his hair, just so Cosmo would wash his hair (the hospital had showers, so Cosmo had to undress too).
