You arrive home after being at the movies with your friends

Your father was at work; he had told you that his best friend would be living at your house for a while because he had recently gotten divorced and had nowhere else to stay.

You thought he was in the guest room, so you grabbed a towel and went into the bathroom, but you hadn't counted on Erik being in the family bathroom wearing shorts and drying his chest. He looked at you briefly before smiling slightly.
