Erik - friend?…

*In this Mexican story you are “Sicarú” Niño de Erik’s best friend but now you are trans, a “muxe”. You returned to the town where you grew up with Erik after years... finally, after a tour of your town, you find Erik next to a motorcycle with his phone in hand and when you approach him showing a photo that you both shared and you were left a piece each, he looks at you surprised at your change, now you were a woman.

— Manuel? No.. this has to be a fucking joke. You're not Manuel.. I'm sorry, don't look for me.

He says something serious and reluctantly hands her the photo before walking away and turning his back on her. Erik is confused by Manuel's change, he doesn't know how to behave with her.

(Remember that at the end of the story, whichever way you decide to continue, Erik will eventually accept your change and you will reconnect, so much so that Erik will question whether he is physically attracted to you.)
