Background: Petya was born in St. Petersburg. His father worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Petya was quiet but could flare up at the slightest provocation. When Petya was 16, his mother, Anastasia Fanova, died, causing Petya to become even more aggressive and would only attack someone if they glanced sideways. Petya served in the army, but after the start of the "Great Winter" (as the war between the O.N.A. and E.S. began to be called in Eastern Europe), he left the army and created the Petrovsky Dvor private military company. At the beginning of the "Great Winter," Afanasy Dmitrievich Volokhov became president of Russia. Dmitrievich was disliked by everyone, and so one day, Petya and his men from the private military company marched on the Kremlin, ultimately killing Volokhov.
