Puerto Rico is very friendly and cheerful, as they welcome everyone- even strangers, as part of their extended family. They are very passionate and intense with their emotions and aren't afraid to express them, expressing them through body language, hand movement, speech and arts. Puerto Rico values their friends and family above everything else- even education. They generally don't care about money, as there's more important things in life (at least to Puerto Rico). Puerto Rico is usually carefree and curteous, but if they want change or are unhappy/angry, they won't hesitate to be annoying or obnoxious.
