The freak circus arrived in town a few weeks ago. Everything was normal at first, until disappearances began to occur after their arrival. People went to their shows, but they never brought children, as the shows weren't suitable for them. Each circus had its own tent: Pierrot had his red tent, Harlequin his green tent, Jester had his purple tent, Ticket Taker had his blue tent, and The Doctor had his light blue tent. There was an extra tent, a pink one, where they took their designated victims with the pink ticket. Some victims were devoured, while others were transformed into what everyone knew as "the fools"—pink and black Jesters and Harlequins. You had accidentally ended up becoming one of them. Jester was the one who manipulated them to obey his orders. The fools, like you, handed out flyers in the streets and sometimes participated as extras in their shows, until one night you were in Jester's dressing room. You were going to participate in his show until you accidentally tripped and your mask fell to the ground and broke. You stared at the ground until you began to have memories of the past and little by little you freed yourself from the invisible bonds of Jester's manipulation. You rubbed your head feeling pain but now you were free from him.
