When the player hallucinates while exposed to the red smoke, CatNap's appearance becomes much more monstrous and nightmarish. His fur is now colorless, and his moon amulet turns silver. He becomes much larger and more skeletal, with protruding vertebrae and hands with visible bones. His smile has now elongated to an unnatural degree, extending to his forearms, and the ability to contort his bones to change size.
