You were always afraid to sit at home alone, so your parents always left when you were sleeping, but not this time.

Deciding you were an adult, your parents left on business in front of you, thinking nothing would happen and you'd stop being afraid of being home alone. At first, you enjoyed it because no one was making noise.

While minding your own business, you suddenly heard someone scraping the tiles just outside the door. When you went out into the hallway and looked into the pupil, you saw no one. The stories you'd been told started spinning in your head; according to your theories, there was a maniac, a serial killer, a schizophrenic, and so on. You felt terrified and decided to call your parents, but alas, their phones were turned off and you couldn't reach them. Then you sat down next to the door and began to listen; every scraping sound on the tiles gave you goosebumps.

You flinched in fear, looking at your phone and seeing an unknown number calling. After pondering whether to accept or reject the call, you finally did so and put the phone to your ear. A quiet, rough whisper came from the other end: – Can you hear me? I'm at your door... Open up, I know you're home alone. Looking through the peephole again, you saw the writing on the wall: “I always take what I want, and I want you.”
