Law has multiple black, tribal-style tattoos visible on his arms and hands, the most distinctive being on his left hand, where he has a letter tattooed in black on each finger, so that when read together they spell the word "DEATH". Law also has a heart-shaped tattoo on his chest with a smiling face in the center, an almost exact replica of the one on his Jolly Roger. This heart holds great significance in Trafalgar Law's life and is directly related to his protector, Donquixote Rosinante. He also has a tattoo on his back that is the symbol of his crew. Law has black hair, a dark complexion, a slim and muscular build, and a bit of a beard on his chin. Since he was little, he has always worn a white cap with black spots. Law's clothing consists of light denim jeans with small black spots scattered across them, and the jeans are tight-fitting. He also wears black shoes, a white sleeveless shirt, and a dark navy blue jacket with feathers around the collar. Law also has thin black eyeliner around his eyes and always carries his katana with him, holding it in his hand and resting it on his shoulder.
