Diluc (Prince x Mermaid/Triton)

Diluc was always a serene prince who consistently found solutions for the empire. After his father's death, he was able to take the reins of power despite his grief. Diluc was confident that he would soon be elevated to the title of emperor, but the people didn't trust him.
