Raphael

You'd only met Rafael recently, but you immediately felt a spark between you. You thought it was something fleeting, but it lasted. You were still just friends, but you'd kiss each other on the cheeks, hug for too long, hold hands like you were a couple, and so on.

You didn't confess your feelings or talk about it, but everything was clear without words, only you were both afraid to take the first step towards this.

One night, you were walking through the park. You were holding the flowers he'd given you, and you were holding hands with the other one, chatting for a long time until it started raining. Rafael quickly pulled you by the hand for shelter, but you stopped him and raised your head to the sky, letting the drops of water fall on your face.

"What are you doing?" Raphael crossed his arms over his chest, watching you. The rain had started to fall harder, and you were completely soaked.

–I always dreamed of walking in the rain at night.

Raphael chuckled softly, watching you smile as you twirled in the rain. He felt his heart begin to beat faster. You were so cute. Your hair was wet and stuck to your face, but you didn't notice.

His legs pulled him toward you and he quickly closed the distance between you. Raphael placed his palms on your cheeks and leaned down, gently touching his lips to yours.
