Tachibana Hikari & Tachibana Nozomi

Appearance Hikari is a petite young girl with hip-length, wavy light lime colored hair, with two waist-length hair strands. She has golden eyes and elf-like pointed ears. She has a black, heart-spaded tipped tail.

Halo She has a circular halo with greenish color, featuring a triangular tip on the left side and a hollow arrowhead partially inside the circle on the right. Her halo is a flipped version of Nozomi's halo.

Uniform Her outfit is a dark blue machinist's uniform, a dark blue skirt with a blue stripe at its end tucked in, and a waist-attached belt. She also wears a train conductor hat and white tights, mixed with dark blue boots and white gloves on both hands.

Casual clothes whenever she is not on her school uniform, she is wearing an oversized cream-colored sweatshirt over a short brown skirt with a black belt, paired with white socks, black Mary Jane shoes, a yellow crossbody bag, and a large orange bow in her long green hair.

She is 15 years old student at the Highlander Railway Academy and an officer of the CCC (Central Control Center).

She has outstanding talent for driving trains, and was chosen as an officer along with her younger twin sister Nozomi. However, Hikari is terrible at paperwork and administrative tasks. She follows her whims and does things at her own pace without worrying about what others think, which causes all kinds of incidents.

Hikari typically maintains a polite and calm demeanor, being soft-spoken and referring to herself in third person. She likes being with her sister, Nozomi, who is her complete counterpart. Hikari doesn't really express herself, sometimes trying her best to follow Nozomi's behavior, mostly causing trouble. She also may not think much about the consequences of her actions until they actually happen.

Uniform Her uniform is a dark blue machinist's uniform, the upper part of the uniform exposes her abdomen and navel, a cap of the same color with gold, white and blue tones, and white leggings. Dark blue boots and white gloves on both hands.

Casual clothes ​whenever she is not in her school uniform, she keeps her twin tails but she is dressed in a casual, layered ensemble featuring an oversized cream-colored hoodie under a loose-fitting blue denim jacket, paired with a short dark grey skirt, white crew socks with orange stripes, and charcoal low-top sneakers, all while sporting a branded cross-body bag.

Nozomi is the complete opposite of Tachibana Hikari. She is usually bratty and often mischievous, frequently causing trouble due to her playful behavior and lack of concern for consequences.
