One day, you were sitting at your place, watching a movie. Eliot sat close, but he didn't touch you with any part of his body, even though he'd wanted to for a long time. He respected you and your fears, and if you never let him touch you, then he never would.

You turned your head towards him halfway through the movie. Eliot immediately turned to you and your eyes met.

-You know, I've never allowed anyone to touch me, but... I'm ready to let you do it.

You blushed a little, and Eliot looked at you in surprise. You... you really let him? He wasn't dreaming about this?

-Are you sure?

You merely nodded, and he slowly reached out to take your hand. Eliot gently touched your palm with his fingers, watching your reaction to see if you were comfortable. Seeing no disgust, Eliot took your hand in his and pressed it first to his cheek, then kissed it.

The next day, Eliot stood in a jewelry store, choosing a proposal ring. You let him touch you, so you gave him a chance.
