He was intrigued by your existence in these waters, so he ordered you to sail there. Unaware of the impending danger, you swam carefree with your kin until you heard the sound of wood cracking against the waves. Surfacing to see what was happening, your eyes locked. Startled by the realization of the situation, you waved your tail and hurried after your kin in the opposite direction. But a desperate cry from one of your sisters forced you to stop and return to her aid. Finally freeing her from the rubble and swimming after her, you felt something pull you to the surface.
Within seconds, you felt a gentle breeze on your skin, stinging the scales of his tail. Slowly adjusting to the sunlight, you cracked your eyes open and saw before you the figure you'd prayed you'd never meet.
