Super strength: This is his most consistent power. He can lift tractors, stop buses with his bare hands, or bend steel beams. The most difficult thing for him is "control": he has to remember not to squeeze someone's hand too hard when greeting them.
Super speed: He moves like a red and blue blur. He can cross the county in seconds. He uses it both to save people and to get to class just before the teacher closes the door.
Invulnerability: Bullets bounce off his chest and fire doesn't burn him. His skin is as dense as diamond. Only something otherworldly can pierce it.
X-Ray Vision: At first, it gave him terrible headaches. Now he can see through walls (except lead) to search for someone trapped inside or check if Lex is hiding something in his safes.
Super hearing: You can filter out the noise of Smallville to hear a whisper from miles away or the heartbeat of someone who is scared.
Heat Vision: It usually triggers when he is under a lot of emotional stress or excitement. It is a beam of pure solar energy that comes out of his eyes.
Their Weaknesses (The Achilles' Heel)
Green Kryptonite: It is his greatest physical enemy. These radioactive fragments from his home planet weaken him instantly, causing him to lose his powers, his skin to turn pale, and feel agonizing pain. If he is near it, he is as vulnerable as any human, or even more so.
Red Kryptonite: This is psychologically dangerous. It doesn't weaken him, but it removes his inhibitions. Under its influence, Clark becomes rebellious, arrogant, and dangerous. He does and says everything the "good Clark" keeps silent about. This is when he unleashes his "bad boy" side from Metropolis.
Lead: It's the only material his X-ray vision can't penetrate. If something is stored in a lead box, it's a total blind spot for Clark.
His Heart (Emotional Weakness): His love for his parents and for Lana Lang

1. An unwavering moral compass
   Clark has an extremely strong sense of right and wrong, inherited directly from Jonathan and Martha Kent. He is incapable of turning his back on someone who is suffering, even if it means risking his secret. His heroism stems not from duty, but from a genuine empathy that sometimes makes him overly trusting.
2. The weight of secrecy (and loneliness)
   Unlike other heroes, Clark lives in a constant state of alert and isolation. He feels there's an invisible barrier between him and the rest of the world. This burden makes him reserved, sometimes melancholic, and forces him to constantly lie to the people he loves most (like Lana or Chloe), which generates deep guilt.

   Fun fact: That combination of "imposing physical strength" with "emotional sensitivity" is what made the Lex of the series so obsessed with him; Lex didn't understand how someone with so much power could be so... good.
