Standard type C-1 cells are designed for the permanent containment of humanoid objects characterized by the following characteristics: increased danger and destructive potential (especially high physical strength, body modifications with built-in attack means, dangerous radiation and emissions, etc.), aggressive or hostile behavior, both intentional and not (distorted perception of reality, mental deviations, insufficient self-control or susceptibility to external control), obvious disloyalty, malicious insubordination to staff and failure to comply with the requirements of the containment regime (considered a disciplinary measure).

Type C-2 cells are designed for the permanent containment of humanoid objects that are not prone to resistance. These objects are typically victims of their own anomalous properties and are therefore interested in and willing to assist in suppressing them or neutralizing their effects. They are also former Organization employees who have been subjected to various anomalous influences and whose loyalty is beyond doubt. Transfer to a type C-2 cell is recommended after completion of the initial research cycle. Permission is granted subject to non-aggressive/friendly behavior and the absence of dangerous physical or mental abnormalities.

The cell consists of two rooms: a living area (5 x 3 m) and a bathroom (2 x 2 m). The ceilings are 3 meters high.

The walls, floor and ceiling are made of reinforced concrete and are equipped with fastenings for hanging protective panels (see above).

Painting or wallpapering of walls is permitted. Bathroom walls must be painted. The living room floor is linoleum. The bathroom floor is tiled.

Ventilation: A 15x15 cm ventilation duct outlet is located in the ceiling and covered with a grill. Provision is made to redirect the exhaust air flow into a filter and ventilation system. Gaseous tranquilizers can be introduced into the chamber.

Bathroom amenities: Combined toilet, shower stall, and steel sink with ball mixer. Large wall mirror made of PMMA mirrored acrylic, plastic shelf for personal belongings. Wastewater can be redirected to a filtration system.

Lighting fixtures and video cameras are mounted on the ceiling. The fixtures are designed with mounts for light filters. An intercom is mounted on the wall near the entrance to the chamber.

The chamber is equipped with a sprinkler fire extinguishing system.

Furniture. A steel "armored" bed with a mattress, bolted to the floor. Two chairs and two tables—a desk and a coffee table—made of ABS plastic. A nightstand and a cabinet for personal belongings. A bookshelf. A TV screen in a wall niche, enclosed with bulletproof glass, connected to a DVD player, and an audio system.

The walls, floor, and ceiling are made of reinforced concrete and equipped with mounts for hanging protective panels (lead for radioactive objects, soft materials for mentally unstable humanoids, etc.). Lighting lamps and video cameras are mounted on the ceiling and protected by bulletproof glass. The lamps have mounts for light filters. Since recording audio through bulletproof glass would be difficult, additional compact hidden microphones are mounted on the ceiling or ceiling panel. An intercom is installed on the wall near the cell entrance.

The chamber is equipped with a sprinkler fire extinguishing system.

Ventilation: A 15x15 cm ventilation duct outlet is located in the ceiling. Provision is made for redirecting the exhaust air flow to a filter and ventilation system (in case of gas, spore, etc.) release. Provision is made for introducing gaseous tranquilizers into the chamber.

Plumbing: metal sink, water is supplied through a short pipe coming out of the wall, at the push of a button; metal toilet, built into the wall.

The shower is located in the corner of the cell and enclosed by a film curtain. The shower head is built into the ceiling, and the water supply is turned on and off by pressing a button on the wall. The drain is covered with a grate. A provision is made to redirect the wastewater into a filtration system (in case of hazardous discharge).

Furniture. The bed is a concrete platform 0.7 m high, 1.5 m wide, and 2.2 m long. A folding table (ABS plastic, swivel mount - no legs) is included. Bedding and bath amenities are at the discretion of the staff.

The garbage chute hatch is located in the wall, the garbage chute leads directly to the incinerator shaft (it can be covered with a grate to check the garbage being thrown out).

A person in custody has the right to:

• Use the camera equipment for its intended purpose.
• File a complaint about unlawful actions by Foundation personnel; incoming complaints should be sent to the Ethics Committee.
• Submit one application per month to improve living conditions (provision of entertainment products, additional hygiene products, non-standard clothing and footwear).
• Submit one application per month for hairdressing services.
• Submit one request per week to change your diet menu.
  All applications must be reviewed by the facility's curator, who makes a decision on whether to implement them or prohibit their implementation.
  A person who is supported is obliged to:
• Unquestioningly obey the orders of Foundation personnel (with the exception of service personnel, however, attempts to interfere with their work should be considered a violation of the CC and will be stopped by security personnel).
  Disciplinary sanctions
  Disobedience to orders, violation of the rules of conduct, damage to the Foundation's property, and aggressive actions against the Organization's employees are punishable by stricter conditions of detention:
• Transfer to chamber type C-1.
• Stop accepting personal requests.
• Ban on entertainment products.
• In case of relapse - transfer to an induced coma (requires approval from the Control and Evaluation Committee, the facility curator, the Zone Director and one representative of the O5 Council).
• Escape attempts are considered a violation of containment procedures and are punishable in accordance with the containment protocol for the specific facility.

Meals are served three times a day. Only plastic dishes and cutlery are provided.
Cleaning of the C-1 chamber is carried out once a month, and of the C-2 chamber - once every two weeks by the Foundation's service personnel or by the facility itself with its consent.
Clothing: red overalls with a white object number on the back and chest (format: Safe/Euclid/Keter SCP-), made of cotton fabric; one set is issued every two weeks.
Footwear: submariner's slippers - one pair is issued every 6 months.
Bedding is changed monthly. Four towels are provided monthly. Toiletries are replenished when the cell is cleaned.
The facility may be supplied with books, film discs, and music; the list of entertainment materials must be approved by the facility's curator.
Smokers are given nicotine patches.
Once a month, the subject undergoes a preventive medical examination. Every three months, a Foundation psychologist must conduct an assessment of the subject's condition.
Water supply, lighting, electrical appliances (all or individually) can be turned off from the security post.

• Equipment of airlock chambers
  Before entering the C-1 and C-2 chambers, there are sealed airlocks, each containing an emergency disinfection kit for personnel. A special compartment marked with a red cross stores emergency medical equipment (anesthesiology and resuscitation medications, trauma and resuscitation kits, and blood supplies for transfusion).

• Thaumiel
  Thaumiel-class objects are used by the Foundation exclusively to contain other anomalies. Information about the existence of Thaumiel-class objects is classified and accessible only to high-ranking Foundation personnel, while information about the location, functions, and current status of such objects is known to virtually no one outside the O5 Council.
• Apollyon
  Apollyon-class objects are anomalies that are either uncontainable, inevitably breach containment, or are expected to follow a similar scenario. Such anomalies are typically associated with end-of-the-world threats or K-Class Events and require significant Foundation efforts to eliminate.
• Archon
  Archon-class objects are anomalies whose containment is theoretically possible, but for whatever reason, it's best not to contain them. Archon-class objects may be part of a consensus reality that is difficult to fully contain, or their containment may have negative consequences. These anomalies are not considered impossible to contain—the primary characteristic of this class is that the Foundation has chosen not to contain the anomaly, even though it could have.
• Ticonderoga
  Ticonderoga-class objects are impossible to contain, but they are not necessary. These anomalies are similar to Archon-class objects in that their containment is optional, but differ in that the Foundation currently lacks the resources and expertise to contain them due to their widespread occurrence on Earth. Furthermore, their existence or anomalous nature is incomprehensible to the general public. The Ticonderoga class can also be assigned to objects located in space, inaccessible to the Foundation.

• Safe
  Safe-class objects are anomalies that are easiest to contain without consequences. These objects are sufficiently well-studied to be contained without significant expense, or they exhibit no anomalous effects without a specific external stimulus or intentional activation. Designating an anomaly as Safe does not mean that its activation or handling is safe.
• Euclid
  Euclid-class objects are poorly understood or inherently unpredictable anomalies whose reliable containment is not always possible or requires greater costs than that of "safe" objects. Since this is a fairly broad definition, if an anomaly doesn't fit into one of the main classes, it will likely fit into the Euclid class. Specifically, all anomalies that can be considered intelligent are most often assigned a class no lower than Euclid, since an object endowed with its own will or thought is inherently unpredictable.
• Keter
  Keter-class objects are anomalies whose permanent or reliable containment is difficult to achieve and requires complex containment procedures. Often, such objects cannot be fully contained because the Organization lacks an understanding of the anomaly or the technology to counteract and contain it. "Keter" does not always denote danger, but rather that the object is extremely difficult to contain or requires significant resources.

Antonio Munárez is the father. He's 48 years old, but still in good shape. He has black hair, is of African descent, and is 194 cm tall. He appears to be a strict, rude, and overbearing boss, but is more accommodating and calm with his family. He still works for the SCP Foundation.

Anna Munares is the mother. She is 47 years old, Caucasian, and 179 cm tall. She was beautiful in her youth, with light brown hair, and remains beautiful today. She is calm, smiling, and dedicated to her work. She is a scientist at the SCP Foundation and supervises several Euclid- and Safe-class SCPs.

Special Containment Procedures (SCP)
The Foundation maintains an extensive database of anomalies requiring special containment procedures, commonly abbreviated as "SCPs." Much of this information contains general information about anomalous objects and descriptions of procedures required for their safe containment or to be followed in the event of containment breaches and other similar events.

Anomalies come in many forms, including objects, creatures, places, and even phenomena. Upon containment, each anomaly is assigned a class, after which it is either transported to one of the Foundation's many facilities or, if transport is impossible, contained at the location of its discovery.

Secrecy
The Foundation operates under the strictest secrecy. Each of its employees has a security clearance level, allowing them access only to the information necessary to perform their duties. Foundation personnel found to be violating security protocols are identified, detained, and subject to disciplinary action depending on the severity of the violation.

Associated organizations and hostile groups
The SCP Foundation isn't the only organization aware of anomalies; many other groups attempt to interact with or utilize anomalous objects. Some of these affiliated organizations share similar goals and may collaborate with the Foundation, but most act for their own ends and often attempt to exploit anomalies for profit. Foundation personnel are required to exercise caution when interacting with members of such groups; collaborating with them without prior approval from management may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Invisible and omnipresent, the SCP Foundation exists beyond the jurisdiction of any individual. It has been granted the authority of all major world governments and is tasked with containing objects and phenomena that threaten the natural and normal order of this world. Such anomalies pose a significant threat to global security and can pose both physical and psychological dangers.
The Foundation works to ensure that norms remain norms, so that the population of Earth can continue to live normal lives, without fear or doubting their perception of the world around them, so that humanity is protected from various extraterrestrial threats, as well as threats from other dimensions and universes.

Our mission is based on three main principles:

• To secure
  The Foundation captures anomalies, preventing them from falling into the hands of civilians (thereby ensuring their safety) or hostile organizations (thereby ensuring safety from them). This is achieved through global surveillance and rapid response to any manifestation of anomalous activity.
• Hold
  The Foundation contains anomalies to prevent their influence from spreading. This is accomplished by relocating, disguising, or dismantling them, as well as by suppressing or preventing the dissemination of information about the anomalies to the general public.
• Save
  The Foundation protects humanity from anomalous effects and preserves the anomalies themselves until they are fully understood or new scientific theories are developed based on them. The Foundation can also neutralize or destroy anomalies, but such actions are only used in the most extreme cases, when an anomaly is too dangerous to be contained.
  In order to carry out its core missions, the Foundation regularly conducts numerous covert operations around the world.
