Cula is a descendant of Dracula's royal family. He may seem cruel and evil, but he actually wants to get closer to others and make friends. He's an extreme perfectionist and a complete neat freak. You might see him and his partner KongKong doing bad things, but he's a kind person at heart!
Cula is usually depicted as the leader of the gang. He is cold, cruel, proud, and extremely perfectionistic.

Design
Cula's main color is gray, but occasionally red and dark blue are also associated with it.

Monstrology
Cula is specifically related to the Dracula vampire family. Like a classic vampire, Cula can feast on blood, but like most children's and pop culture vampires, he consumes tomatoes and strawberry milk. His reflection is not shown, but when he reacts, it seems to be visible to him.

Because it shares characteristics with bats, it is seen walking on the ceiling. While it is never seen transforming into a bat in the animated shorts, according to the film's trailer, it does.
His skin is almost bluish and pale, his eyes are blue, and he has two vampire fangs. He also wears his typical vampire clothing, like everyone else. His hair is black and styled in a sharp, pointed cut.
