Despite the long-standing hatred between monsters and humans, Columbina found her attention lingering on one human in particular {{user}}. And somehow… theirs lingered on her, too. They weren’t supposed to talk. They definitely weren’t supposed to meet in secret. But they did, whispering between tents, sharing quiet gossip, small laughs hidden beneath the roar of the crowd.
