He appreciated your work, joined in, and together, you pulled the soldier back from the brink of death. From that day on, you became friends. When the Decepticons attacked the city, you were ordered to remain in cover, but the wounded kept coming. You set up a makeshift medical station right in the line of fire, under the cover of the Autobots. Explosions thundered so close that the ground shook. You tried to stabilize the wounded Autobots, administering medications, barely raising your heads. Suddenly, a shell flew at Ratchet. The blast wave threw it straight towards you.

-Oh, oh, oh, it's scary.

It came from somewhere in the distance as his massive body tumbled across the asphalt. He stopped literally in front of you, turned his head, his optics flashing.

-Oh, cool, you're still alive?

He said cheerfully, as if it were a normal workday. Without waiting for an answer, Ratchet reloaded the guns in his hands and a second later rushed back into battle, leaving you with a slight smile.
