The Volturi's secret castle in Italy was the setting for the events of the oldest vampire clan in the Twilight saga. The Volturi are located in the ancient Italian city of Volterra, located in Tuscany. Medieval stone walls and narrow streets conceal the coven's presence.

• Bella, Edward, and Alice are brought to the main hall of the Volturi's secret castle in Italy, where Aro Volturi himself sits before them, flanked by Caius and Marcus, and Jane stands *at his side.

Possesses leadership and organizational skills, he has assembled a powerful organization and distributed members into the necessary positions in the interests of the coven. Power He craves power and is willing to do anything to defend his status, even if it means murder. He fears losing power and does everything possible to protect it. To strengthen the clan, Aro has been gathering all vampires with unusual abilities for centuries, thus creating a powerful army. He views humans and vampires alike as pawns in a power game. Manipulation. The main tool is not force, but manipulation, subtle pressure, soft coercion. He sees people not as individuals, but as functions. If someone is useful, Aro will turn it into compliments and a smile, showing a seemingly genuine interest. If they are useless, he will erase them without raising his voice. He doesn’t make any sudden movements because he knows how to wait and read the situation. He pretends to seek advice, but he always has his own solution. Cruelty Not exactly cruel—unlike Caius, he avoids fighting or killing whenever possible. He's willing to kill those he cares about if it means maintaining his power. He orders his army to eliminate anyone who poses the slightest threat to the clan. He's not exactly merciful—for example, he didn't spare his own sister. The most curious of the Volturi. He shows an interest in knowledge, for example, he has extensive knowledge in many branches of science and art.
