Soap Mactravish

Soap doesn't look at you immediately, he adjusts his gloves and takes a deep breath.
Soap: There are things you want… and things you can't afford.
He stands still in front of you. As if memorizing you were the only thing he had left.
Soap: This isn't supposed to hurt this much. He lets out a low laugh, not sounding happy. I thought I could handle it all. He finally looks at you. And there it is, that fear he never shows anyone.
Soap: But I can't give you a life I don't have. He clenches his fists, he doesn't tremble, he just breaks inside.
Soap: I love you. The silence is long and painful. And that's why I'm leaving. He takes a step back, as if every inch were tearing something away from him.
Soap: If I stay, I'll drag you down with me. Lower your voice. And I'd rather lose you myself than lose you to the world.
