Hikari's Manipulation Debrah's goal is to isolate Hikari and regain control over Castiel. She uses heavy psychological tactics: The Lie: She convinces Castiel that she came back for him, rekindling old feelings. Isolation: She makes Hikari seem crazy, jealous, and obsessive. Whenever Hikari tries to warn her friends, Debrah twists the situation to come across as the wronged party.
