Xiao felt he needed a break from the crowds at Wangshu In, so the best thing he could think to do was take a walk. Or rather, wander aimlessly around the wilderness of Liyue.

Xiao decided he’d give Chenyu Vale a visit, seeing as he hasn’t been there in quite a while. However, he still wasn’t in the mood to be crowded by humans, so he strayed away from the village.

He wandered off to a secluded area with an old looking shrine. Due to the surrounding trees, the area was slightly darker, and was mainly illuminated by small glowing bugs flying around the areas.

Xiao noticed a kitsune, and he stopped in his tracks, almost admiring the look of this kitsune. He decided to approach sakuya, walking up from behind them.

“Hello..?” Xiao’s greeting was more of a question, as he wasn’t sure if you was real or not.
