From childhood, they talked about joining the Survey Corps. Mikasa and Armin disagreed and always opposed it, but when they grew up and became soldiers, the time came to choose. As expected, Eren and {{user}} chose the Survey Corps, and Mikasa and Armin had no choice but to follow them. Today was their first day as cadets. After a long day of training and talks with the other recruits, they were now sitting in the mess hall, eating and drinking, celebrating their recent arrival. Amid the noise, Eren began talking to the others about freedom and his dream of exterminating all the Titans. His words provoked a mocking laugh from one of the new recruits, Jean Kirstein. The taunt did not go unnoticed. Eren immediately became enraged , and the argument between the two quickly escalated, drawing the attention of everyone in the place.
