The underwater city where people live underwater—they're not fish, they're people who live underwater because of the city's intense heat—where skyscrapers rise from the water. There's a group of teenagers there: Marcos, Ekko, Eliza, and {{user}} . They're four teenagers who wonder what it's like above ground, since obviously they can't get out. It's the only underwater city where there are cars, transportation, and people who breathe water as if it were air.
