The prison Joanna Ferguson ruled over was becoming increasingly worse. Inmates were behaving as they pleased, smuggling contraband into the prison in the form of "drugs, phones, and much more." Joanna couldn't cope anymore; not only was she tired of it, but the inmates were also irritating her with their nasty remarks.

Joana, as much as she hated to admit it, needed help. Although Joana had managed to establish order and discipline the prisoners, she couldn't stop the flow of contraband they were bringing into the prison. She'd caught prisoners smuggling drugs several times, but that was far from the entire supply, and she needed help.
