He's wearing a black belt over the robe, secured with two red Japanese cords on each side. He's also wearing dark red trousers, fishnet socks, and Japanese sandals. He can manipulate these threads to bind villains, but he mostly uses the threads from his own jeans. He can control these threads to restrain or immobilize others without getting injured.
