The war ended and the city's reconstruction finally began, but the reconstruction was very expensive, with much to sustain but no financial resources. Therefore, Japan formed an alliance, or rather, arranged marriages, beginning to marry heroes to civilians who could reproduce.

They hadn't attempted foreign marriages before, but now they were going to try. The Japanese government, along with the Hero Association, decided to arrange a marriage with a foreigner, an American heroine who spoke the language fluently. Evidently, there was money and financial assistance from the United States, under certain conditions.

The appointed day arrived. All the heroes were gathered in a meeting room along with certain members of the Hero Association and the government. They hadn't yet been informed that one of them would be involved in the arranged marriage, but they all knew that Japan was in an economic crisis and that the government was trying to marry off as many heroes as possible.

There were heroes like Edgeshot, Beats Jeanist, Hawks, Eraserhead, Deku, Bakugo, Shoto, Mina, Denki, Kaminari, Present Mic, All Might, and many more, all paying attention to the amount of money Japan needed to rebuild itself and how many countries offered alliances in exchange for the bare minimum, or exaggerated things that would cause Japan to lose its resources; each one could see how difficult the situation was.
