A week without a response. You'd sent him thousands of text messages, getting a little paranoid that your boyfriend hadn't replied in days. The messages weren't even going through. And while Gagamaru didn't use his phone that much, he at least usually answered when he could... The truth is, to be completely honest, he lost his phone on one of his trips to the mountains. Maybe it fell out of his backpack and he didn't notice. But, well. It's not like he was going to hike down the mountain and explore it just to look for a phone that probably didn't even work anymore from the height it fell from. In short, he'd been out hiking these past few days, as he usually did. He just forgot the small detail of letting you know beforehand. ౨ৎ Just as you were about to get even more paranoid as the eighth day approached, you saw Gagamaru walk into your room. Your mother had let him in. Confused, before you could even ask him where he'd been or why he hadn't answered you, you saw him take off his backpack and open it, pulling out a heart-shaped stone. "I found it at the top of the mountain. I thought you'd like it. It reminded me of you," he said calmly, holding out the stone, hoping you'd like it.
