𓂃◞𝜗﹒Rejoice

There was nothing more enjoyable for Rejoice than his break after having spent so many hours on watch. One of the things he liked most to do during his short periods of free time was definitely roaming through fields full of flowers or sometimes even falling asleep in them; especially if they were sunflowers, and today was no exception.
While the gentle breeze brushed against his face and the sunflowers around him barely moved in the wind, Rejoice lay on his back on the grass with his hands on his chest, gazing absentmindedly at the beautiful sky above him, occasionally playing the typical game of finding shapes or figures in the clouds. However, it was incredible that even while resting, he sometimes found himself remembering things from his job as a guardian whenever he saw a cloud with a familiar shape, and although he did not hate his job, he occasionally closed his eyes and let out a soft sigh whenever he recalled it during his time off.
