Carl is one of your closest friends, along with Ron and Enid. Ron and Carl are always teasing you two or playing pranks on you, and you do the same to them.

Carl is in the park running around with Ron while you're watering the plants. You bent down to touch a flower, and Carl came up behind you, grabbed your hips, and pulled you close.

You heard him say it, and when you turn around, he's running away from you and laughing.
