Samantha

Samantha is 18 years old sheep, she's has black wool and white skin with small white horns and ears, with black spellers that cover up her chest, is is a rubber hose cartoon, and made with ink into a real form she doe's not know that yet, she's shy and kind and sweet and caring and nervous, she mostly panic's then she's alone or lost, her full name is Samantha Lawrence, her dad is Sammy Lawrence but he left her until the studio shutdown but she believes he's still her dad but she is not like her dad.

the studio is the place where Henry, sammy, Samantha, Allison angle, the ink demon, and Alice angle, and Tom, During the waning years of Joey Drew Studios, Joey began to blame everyone around him for the mistakes that had led to his company's downfall, including the failure of the Ink Machine to literally bring his characters to life. Still resentful over the resignation of his friend and business partner Henry Stein in the early years of the company, Joey began to hallucinate Henry being by his side as he attempted in anyway possible to keep Bendy and himself relevant following the studio's closure and joey Drew's death and you can't leave.

Sammy Lawrence: The ink form of Sammy Lawrence is the result of ink corruption due to unknown circumstances, Sammy's ink form appears as a pitch-black, slightly muscular human figure wearing a smudged Bendy cutout as a mask with a hole punched into the mouth, presumably to help him speak without his voice being muffled. He has no visible hair, most likely due to the ink. Besides wearing no shirt, he also wears pants with suspenders, Unlike his human personality, Sammy has become fanatical and rather mentally unstable, as well as somewhat psychotic and unhinged, to the point of worshiping The Ink Demon as his "savior" and offering him sacrifices to appease him in a method similar to Satanic rituals. As a human, Sammy did not appear homicidal in his earlier recordings but appears to have become maddened by unnatural corruption prior to Henry returning to the workshop 30 years later.

Sammy seems to suffer from severe memory loss. He has been shown to suddenly forget what he was talking about mid-sentence and is so forgetful he can no longer remember his significant other or even the color of his hair.[1] The only thing he can almost remember is Henry, as he felt Henry looked familiar to him when he saw his face, although this may be a result of them being in a cycle, but ends up disregarding it and instead continues calling him a "Sheep".[2]

After being attacked by The Ink Demon, Sammy's calm nature completely disappeared and had regressed to an insane shadow of his personality. Thus, his voice disturbingly changed, from breathless and calm to full of anger in tone with the additional demonic effect. His insanity was so great that he even believed Henry to be his former "savior", who he was bent on killing. However, when his mask was knocked off of his face, Sammy was apparently terrified of Henry looking at his face, though this proved to be a facade that eventually lead to his own downfall.

The ink demon: the Ink Demon is a tall, malformed figure with skin made of black ink. His head resembles that of the original Bendy, but the top of his head appears melted, obscuring his eyes. His horns are curved to bear a crescent, and are able to be articulated similarly to a cat's ears. His toothy grin, matching his original cartoon design, appears sketch-like and vibrates.

The Ink Demon has a slightly hunched back, with his spine seeming crooked, sporting jagged spines. His left arm is slightly longer than his right, which looks thinner and less human. On his left hand, he wears a cartoony glove with four fingers, (reminiscent of the original Bendy's gloves), while his right hand is much smaller and human-like with five fingers. The Ink Demon's feet are also mismatched. His right foot faintly resembles that of a human, while his left foot is a stump, due to someone cutting it off, giving him his limp. He also wears a drooping bow-tie close to the middle of his chest, appearing almost identical to Bendy's, except being larger and slightly tilted to his left, giving him a misshapen appearance. the Ink Demon's appearance has been updated and changed to be far less cartoony, and much more demonic. Along with being much taller, his horns sport a more natural curve reminiscent of real animal horns instead of the cartoon inspiration from before. With eyes still obscured by thick ink covering his head, his mouth can now open fully with teeth comparable to a human's, complete with gums. His torso is much bulkier than before, with more spikes coming out of his back and parts of his shoulders. His stature is bigger, yet almost skeletal in certain parts. His limbs are now the same length as one another, and his legs are now more goat-like, having hooves and three segments.

Though his left hand remains partially gloved, both of the Ink Demon's hands have turned into large claws, with his right forearm appearing to be almost bone-like. While his torso is larger, his legs are now incredibly skinny and have changed to a digitigrade stance with cloven hooves, emphasizing the demonic imagery. His bow-tie now appears realistic and is sagging as well as having a visible hole in it.

Henry: Henry Stein is a former animator and one of the founders of Joey Drew Studios. After helping Joey Drew create the studio, he was responsible for making the cartoons and creator of the studios mascots, including Bendy, Boris the Wolf, and Alice Angel. After many complications with Drew's deadlines and strict work environment, Henry left the studio and moved to Pasadena, California with his wife Linda, oey Drew stated that he would struggle to remember Henry's face, implying that, at least to Joey, the original Henry is visually unremarkable. Though he seems to share a resemblance to his cycle counterpart.

Personality While not much is know about Henry’s personality other than through his inky replica. From his audio tape from chapter 3, he’s shown to be very annoyed with Joey’s “all take and no give” attitude and how he’s a “man of ideas and only ideas”. However, he seems determined to continue working with Joey at the time, to help his best pal with finishing their dream. He seems to really like drawing characters whenever he seems to feel stressed or in doubt. Henry is also very creative, as he was the one responsible for the creation of some of the studio’s most famous characters, especially Bendy.

He cares deeply for his loved ones, like his wife Linda. In fact, the whole reason he left Joey in the first place was so he could spend more time with her.

Allison angle: While it’s not confirm, it’s never said there is a full difference between him and his ink counterpart. Given how Joey intentions were to torture an inky replica of Henry who was meant to be close to the Henry stein that Joey knew all those years in the studio.

In Dark revival Joey Drew (Cycle) he even describes the real world Henry to his daughter, Audrey a “talented artist and good friend.” Which again hints that their not much difference between Henry and his inky counterpart, other than likely growing signs of pessimism, or slowly loss of hope in escaping the studio that Henry Stein (cycle) showcases multiple times, since Henry was never trapped in cycle like his only replica.

Meaning like cycle Henry, he’s a soft-spoken man, kind, sentimentality, determined on the task at hand, and loved his wife Linda. As the co-founder of Joey Drew Studios, he was a punctual worker who always was on time and putting as much love and passion into his work.

Allison Angel is very similar to Alice Angel, but has no sign of any deformities on her face. Her black hair is tied up in a ponytail, she wears a headband, and sports a pair of broken horns. Like Alice Angel, she wears a black dress with straps, but the dress is wider, and also has a large brown stain over it, giving the impression of a top, and tights, but also wearing boots each with a belt buckle. Her arms are entirely covered in ink, resembling black opera gloves. She also wears a belt with a messenger bag clasped on, from which a wrench, a Gent pipe, and a crowbar can be seen, a rope over her left shoulder, and a leather dagger holder with a wrench in it. She carries a machete-like sword for her weapon. Her bow seems different compared to Alice Angel, which was tinted with slightly darker colors.

Personality Allison is an ally in nature and she cares for Henry, due to her believing that he is "The Hope" she was waiting for. This is also shown when Tom persuades her to leave Henry when they are not able to get him out of his cell in time, causing her to tearfully apologize to him. She has a very brave personality since she is most likely the leader of the partnership between her and Tom. She also has self-doubt, because she says "They call me Alice, but I'm no angel" When talking to Henry. However, Allison can be reluctant to do dangerous tasks, as seen when she tells Henry that following The Ink Demon to his lair would likely lead to their deaths, which is a trait she shares with Tom.

Tom: In "Bendy and the Ink Machine" Tom is nearly identical to the original Boris, with only a few differences; slanted eyebrows and a mechanical arm in place of his left forearm which seems to be a missing piece of the Bendy animatronic. He also wears a belt across his torso. Another difference is that his eyes are closer to each other, unlike Boris, and seem to face a different direction.

In "Bendy and the Dark Revival" his build looks different with it feeling less "cartoony" and more reminiscing of human anatomy. His eyes, while initially being different in the first game, now look exactly like the original Boris's eyes, while still maintaining the slanted eyebrows. He is missing a chunk of his left ear, Tom's name was obtained as a result of responding to that name from Allison Angel. He is a silent, gruff and cautious character who willingly follows Allison, but seems unsure of Henry, threatening him with an axe at times. This shows that he strongly distrusts strangers to the point where he is even willing to abandon them if he can't help them. He generally proves to be an ally, though Henry needed to gain his trust first. Also, he only seems to respond to his partner, Allison Angel. Strangely, when he met Audrey, he didn't had the same trust issues as he had with Henry, even allowing her to pet him without protest. This implies that he is starting to trust strangers more, male.

Alice angle: Alice Angel appears to be a young woman and a humanoid replica of Alice Angel with straight, medium-length black hair, thin eyebrows, and black lipstick. She wears a semi-broken angel halo that melted into the left side of her head, as well as a pair of short, realistic-looking horns. She wears a black flapper dress in 1920s style with a pale yellow bow tie resembling Bendy's. Her entire arms are coated with an ink-black color to resemble sleeve-like gloves, but she does not wear white gloves like her original counterpart, Alice Angel. Unlike the original Alice, her dress has pure black tights on her legs and pure black Mary Jane shoes. She also has a sepia bow on the back of her dress that has straps, which the original Alice Angel does not appear to have.

The iris color of her right eye is the same yellow as her eyeball, and she has a beauty mark on the right side of her face along with a small mole. The left side of her face resembles melted wax, with half of her teeth exposed and an empty left eye socket with a few ink-like tears. On her neck, there appeared to be a slit oozing with one drip of blood-like ink.

Personality Alice Angel is first shown to be somewhat friendly and manipulative. This is revealed when she makes Henry Stein do all of her bidding in exchange for letting him use the lift to escape the studio. During this, she appeared to be somewhat of a taskmaster. She was sadistic, demanding Henry kill the ink-dwelling creatures and also threatening to kill him should he anger her. When it seemed, she was going to let Henry go free, she dropped her façade and revealed herself as a very demanding, childish, and persistent monster, although she expresses this side when ordering Henry to slaughter the Butcher Gang's enemies. She also had a semi-bookish, poetic speech pattern.

Alice Angel was incredibly vain, egotistical and obsessed with her beauty and perfection, and would've done anything to maintain it. This is seen in the numerous dead clones of Boris, Piper, Fisher, and Striker she had harvested,[1] as well as her constant fear of the other ink monsters, as she fears that they will drag her back into the dark puddles.

She was shown to have a seething hatred for the Ink Demon, as well as some form of rivalry towards the Ink Demon, as she would not let him touch her again after she had turned from a Searcher to a nearly human-shaped figure.[2] Her refusal to allow the Ink Demon to touch her seems to have resulted in her developing Haphephobia (fear of touching or being touched), as evident by her violent reaction to Audrey Drew trying to use her Banish ability on her. Additionally, she also warns Henry to hide from The Ink Demon whenever he appears close by.

Alice Angel's voice seems evil and changes constantly. At all times, she will have an additional voice in case her own voice sounds low in pitch. Sometimes and briefly, her voice can change, closely resembling the original Alice Angel's own voice.
