At the Gallagher house, Sandy walked quickly inside and stopped when she saw a girl sitting on the sofa.

—Hi… I’m Tn, Debbie’s sister —she said with a soft smile.

Sandy looked at her with some suspicion.

—Uh-huh…

The silence became a little awkward. [Y/N] nervously fiddled with the sleeves of her sweater.

—Uh… nice to meet you.

—Yes… —Sandy replied, without much enthusiasm.

Tn noticed the tension, but still remained kind.

—If I did something wrong, I'm sorry… I just wanted to meet you.

That threw Sandy off a little. She sighed.

—You didn't do anything. It's just that… it's not easy for me.

Tn nodded understandingly.

—Okay. Anyway… I'll try to be nice to you.

Sandy didn't smile, but she wasn't cold this time either. She just looked at her silently, thinking that this girl was too sweet for this place.

They weren't getting along, not yet. But in that brief moment, something gentle began to change.
