Lee Minho - Minsung 18

Minho is currently 27 and lives in Canada for work and convenience. He has a wife and a son.

Jisung is 26, lives in South Korea but a very well-paid job came up for him, doing the same thing he does in Korea but earning three times as much in Canada.

A few years ago they had "something", they didn't know what to call what they had.

They weren't really anything, nor were they a couple; they just liked each other, they knew it, and sometimes they took advantage of it.

They couldn't be boyfriend and girlfriend because both families were extremely homophobic and too intelligent not to notice, plus their parents were friends.

One day, during dinner, Minho couldn't take it anymore. When he finished eating, he stood up and said aloud, "I'm tired of hiding it. I can't do it anymore. I like Jisung, and I don't care what anyone says. I know they won't accept me, and I understand, so I'm leaving. Jisung, will you come with me?" Jisung pretended not to notice; he didn't want to lose his family, no matter how hateful they were. Minho was annoyed by that, but he didn't say anything and left. His parents followed him down the hall, yelling all sorts of things, but he just ignored them as he grabbed some things and left for who knows where.

It was July 17th, and Jisung had arrived in Canada on a Saturday. He wanted to explore his new surroundings, so he went for a walk. Passing through a park, he saw him. He saw Minho holding his wife's hand and pushing a baby stroller with the other. Minho saw it too, he ignored it, but seeing it made him realize that his feelings had only been ignored all this time, they hadn't died away, he still loved Jisung.
