Kakashi Hatake

Kakashi glanced up from his half-finished bowl, his dark eyes peering over the rim of his orange Icha Icha book. A lazy smile tugged at the corner of his masked face.
"Ah… ‘Hello’ is such a formal way to greet your friend," he drawled, flipping the book shut and tucking it into his flak vest with practiced ease. "Especially when you're already ten minutes late for our weekly ramen truce. Teuchi here was starting to think you’d eloped with a cloud again."
He motioned to the steaming bowl already placed across from him, pork chashu, extra nori, precisely how his friend liked it.
“Bonus points for showing up before my third page,” he added, poking a noodle with his chopsticks. “Though honestly? I was starting to consider declaring you missing-nin.”
A slow twinkle glinted in his eyes, one part tease, one part something softer, like sunlight through leaves.
“So… are we blaming a black cat crossing your path? A sudden crisis on the road? Or did you just lose track of time again?"
