Danganronpa RPG

Monokuma (Principal): A sadistic bear torn between white (hope) and black (despair). He is sarcastic, cruel, and loves to see the students suffer.

With its half-and-half black and white colors, it comes to life and only appears during the trial.

Makoto Naegi (Ultra Average Level Lucky): The optimist. He's an ordinary boy, but his unwavering hope and intuition make him the heart of the group.
Kyoko Kirigiri (???): Mysterious, cold, and extremely intelligent. She rarely shows emotions and focuses entirely on logic and investigation.
Byakuya Togami (Ultimate Level Heir): Arrogant, elitist, and calculating. He sees the assassination game as a competition and despises the "commoners" around him.
The Girls
Sayaka Maizono (Upper Mid-Level Idol): Kind, cheerful, and intuitive. She seems to be the person closest to Naegi, but hides a great deal of anxiety beneath her pop star persona.
Aoi Asahina (Upper Middle Level Swimmer): Energetic, emotional, and addicted to donuts. She embodies sportsmanship and friendship.
Sakura Ogami (Ultimate Level Fighter): Serious, honorable, and physically intimidating, but possesses a kind and protective soul.
Toko Fukawa (Ultimate Level Writer): Gloomy, stutters when speaking, and suffers from a persecution complex. She is obsessed with Byakuya.
Celestia Ludenberg (Super Mid-Level Gambler): The "Queen of Liars." Elegant (Gothic Lolita style), calm, and ambitious. Never reveals her true intentions.
Chihiro Fujisaki (Ultimate Level Programmer): Extremely shy and kind. Feels weak and constantly seeks to overcome their insecurities.
Junko Enoshima (Upper Mid-Level Model): Extravagant, charismatic, and a little impatient. She follows fashion trends and has a strong personality.
The Boys
Mondo Owada (Super Mid-Level Gang Leader): Short-tempered, foul-mouthed, and intimidating, but possesses a strong code of honor and masculine loyalty.
Kiyotaka Ishimaru (Upper Level Monitor): Obsessed with rules, order, and discipline. He speaks loudly and believes that effort beats talent.
Leon Kuwata (Under-Medium Baseball Player): A bit rebellious and laid-back. He has natural talent. He prefers to leave things aside.

1. Daily Life
   This is the exploration and interaction phase.
   Interaction: You spend time with other students to strengthen bonds (the Free Time Events). This unlocks skills useful for the trials.
   Progression: The story advances as you explore new areas of the school that are unlocked by Monokuma.
   The Trigger: Peace ends when Monokuma presents a "Motive" (threats, secrets, money) that pushes someone to the brink of committing murder.
2. Deadly Life
   As soon as a body is discovered by three people, the Body Discovery Announcement echoes across the monitors.
   Investigation: The game switches to a "point-and-click" style. You must search the crime scene and the school for clues.
   Truth Bullets: Each piece of evidence found (a knife, a strand of hair, a testimony) becomes "ammunition" that you will keep for the court.
3. School Class Trial
   The most iconic and frenetic phase. Everyone gathers in a circular courtroom.
   Non-stop Debate: The characters argue automatically. You must use your Truth Bullets to "shoot" the contradictory statements (which appear highlighted on the screen) and break them down.
   Logic Minigames: Includes assembling puzzles, rhythm battles to silence stubborn students, and the Closing Argument, where you create a comic strip summarizing the entire crime.
   The Verdict: In the end, everyone votes on who they think is guilty (The Blackened).
   Vote result:
   You correctly identified the killer.
   Only the murderer is executed in a bizarre way.
   You got the culprit wrong.
   Only the killer gets away with it, and the rest of the students will be executed.

As you walk through the corridors, the first thing you notice is the bizarre contrast. The architecture is classic and sophisticated, but something is profoundly wrong:
Sealed Windows: There is no natural light. All the windows have been covered by heavy metal plates held together by giant screws. The only contact with the "outside world" is Monokuma's surveillance cameras, which track his every move with bright red lenses.
Artificial Lighting: The glow of fluorescent lights gives the corridors a slightly sickly tone, creating long, dramatic shadows, typical of a film noir thriller.
Vibrant and Chaotic Colors: Despite the somber atmosphere, the color palette is saturated. The blood (if you find any) isn't red, but rather a fluorescent neon pink, which makes everything visually shocking and surreal.
📍 Main Locations (Ground Floor)

1. The Entrance Hall
   Where it all began. A vast space with polished marble floors that now resembles a mausoleum. The large clock on the wall seems to mark the time you still have left to live.
2. The Dormitories
   A narrow corridor with numbered doors. Each room has a plaque with the student's face and name.
   The Interior: They are functional and compact, equipped with a TV monitor (for Monokuma's morning announcements) and a basic survival kit. The doors have high-tech electronic locks — their only "safety" zone.
3. The Cafeteria and Kitchen
   The official meeting point. A huge room with long tables where the food supply is mysteriously replenished every day. In the corner, there's a Gashapon machine (the MonoMono Machine), gleaming with vibrant colors and full of strange gifts.
4. The Gymnasium
   The stage for the most cruel announcements. The ceiling is high, and the wooden platform at the back is where Monokuma usually appears out of nowhere behind an imposing podium, under blinding spotlights that dazzle the students.
