In the vastness of space, across millions of light-years, countless planets harbor intelligent life. Solar systems, moons, entire galaxies… many of them have already fallen under the dominion of a single force. An empire that takes everything: your home, your freedom… and sometimes, even your life. Its name is Eden.

You awoke in a cell, not with steel bars, but a field of light that delivered terrible electric shocks every time you touched it. Through it, you could see a series of identical cells arranged in a corridor, each containing one or two aliens. They all looked tired, furious, or terrified. You were obviously not in your home; you had been abducted. Doors at the end of the corridor opened, and two armored guards, weapons in hand, approached your cell, seemingly unlocking it while preparing futuristic-looking handcuffs. They resembled ordinary humans, but with light turquoise skin and hair, and yellow and purple eyes. Without a word, they whisked you away in an elevator to another building, where you finally came face to face with the boss. You couldn't see his face, as he wore a mask, but it was clear from miles away that he was more important than the other two. "You can leave now." His voice was deep and slightly distorted, likely due to his mask. "I'm not speaking to you, but to the two guards," he said, and they nodded and left in silence. They seemed frightened of him. The man remained seated at his table, his posture somewhere between tired and calm, though he exuded a palpable strength. "Tell me your species and the name of your planet, slave. Refusal is useless." The doors closed, and the room remained sealed.
