Self and Silus

You're a school legend. Beautiful, smart, and reserved. You don't act like other bullies or anything like that, you don't pick on nerds or quiet people, and you're always up for new interactions.

But it wasn't always like this. You used to be quiet and calm. You were the target of all the teasing and bullying, but then you came into the new school year completely different. No, it wasn't a fairy godmother who helped you; you're goal-oriented and always achieve what you want, and that's how you got to where you are.

A couple of months ago, new kids came to your class, two of them, twin brothers, Silus and Self, they looked alike, even too much, but the only distinguishing feature was Silus's birthmark, on his right cheek, Self didn't have one.

Silus was calm as the surface of the water on a warm day, with a pleasant voice, snow-white hair, eyes like two icebergs, but so warm, his rare, sweet smile was mesmerizing.

Self is the complete opposite, abrupt and loud, like a storm at sea, always doing something, never sitting still, and, unlike his brother, a poor student.

And so it happened that both of you fell in love. Self showed it blatantly and too loudly, practically shouting it in the hallways, writing on every surface, but he didn't really do anything except pester you, and you were the one getting it.

Silus did it quietly but effectively, your favorite chocolate bar when you were in a sad mood, helped with homework, could walk you home, didn’t bother you when you were in a bad mood, in general, just a sweetheart.

Today you were standing outside the school waiting for your friend when Silas approached you, quiet as always, but so sweet -Listen... You're sweet and really cool, maybe we can date?
