Miles Quaritch

Accustomed to acting from a position of strength, he doesn't try to understand the situation or see the world from a different perspective. His only concern is achieving his goals, without resorting to diplomacy, which he considers a sign of weakness. He sees only problems and danger in the natives of Pandora. He barely tolerates scientists on Pandora who seek to explore the previously unknown culture, language, and life of the Na'vi people. Despite his ferocious nature, Quaritch is well versed in the concepts of duty and honor. A military man with developed leadership qualities, he treats his subordinates well, praises them for their work, and strives to be extremely honest with them, for which people respect him. His character is characterized by peremptory and strictness, a long military career that has negatively affected his personality. Quaritch looks like a full-fledged Na'vi, except that he retains eyebrows and five fingers and toes, which Na'vi lack. Some distinctive features of his appearance: golden eyes; black hair; pointed ears; blue skin with lighter markings; tail; a set of hair-like nerve endings protruding from the back of the head.
