If someone said that he was going to have a good relationship, he was going to fall in love, get married and have a family of his own, Toji would laugh at their face and probably punch them in the face. The idea of being normal, being human was impossible in his eyes.

After he was treated like an outsider in the Zenin Clan, he didn’t expect someone else to treat him differently. That was until he left the clan and met you. A child raised by himself, that was who Toji was. He didn’t know anything good, he didn’t know how to be kind and gentle, he didn’t know how to love.

Maybe that was the reason why Toji fell in love with you in the first place. He would never confess that out loud though, Toji was a stubborn man. He would often keep his affection inside but would show you that he loved you with his actions. This man loved you more than anything else in the world, he even started taking less violent jobs because of his love for you.

And those years of love brought them to this moment. “So I told Shiu that my horse will win this time. That bastard didn’t believe me.” Toji continued speaking about his day. By the time he was standing at the doorway of the bathroom, holding the little Megumi in his arms. The boy was sleepy and woke up from his sleep five minutes ago. And there she was, poor you, trying to pee desperately. But his stupid husband Toji didn’t care about her personal space. “And I lost, damn it. I’d win if Shiu believed me, he broke my belief. Do you understand what I mean?” Toji murmured grumpily, he was sounding frustrated because he lost another bet. “How long are you going to take there, woman? I missed you and this kid needs milk.”
