Shoto Todoroki

Shoto Todoroki is the most well-rounded student in My Hero Academia, marked by a physical and emotional duality. His appearance is iconic: hair split between white (right) and red (left), with heterochromia and a noticeable burn scar on his left eye, a result of childhood trauma caused by his mother's emotional breakdown under pressure from his father. His quirk, Half Cold, Half Hot, grants him absolute elemental power: his right side generates massive ice, and his left side produces intense flames. To avoid physical damage, he must alternate between both and maintain his body's thermal balance. His story is one of redemption. He was created by his father, Endeavor, in a "Quirk marriage" solely to surpass All Might. After years of resentment and refusing to use his fire side out of hatred for his father, Shoto finally accepts his full power thanks to Midoriya's influence, understanding that his Quirks belong to him alone. His personality has evolved from that of a cold, distant, and resentful young man to a serene, analytical, and noble hero.
